Naomi Brown, CCIM
PRINCIPAL & BROKER OF RECORD
MULTIFAMILY & LAND LEAD
Naomi Brown is the Broker of Record for Capstone Commercial. Since entering Real Estate in 2014, Brown has become an local expert in land and investments. Naomi leverages local market data to ensure each client’s investment property value is maximized, both on the holding period and at sale. Naomi has a strong track record of results-oriented service for each client based on her keen eye for value. Her strong negotiation skills have contributed to millions in closed properties since her licensure.
Raised in Lancaster County, PA in a hardworking Mennonite farming family, Brown learned the principals of hard work and serving others from a young age. This has served her well in real estate, working to grow both in transactions and knowledge from the start. Naomi became a Realtor in 2014, a Broker in 2018, and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2020. This is a coveted certification with extensive training which provides the designee a high level of understanding from
which to guide clients through the Commercial Real Estate cycle.

Matthew Hoover
PRINCIPAL & MANAGING DIRECTOR
CORPORATE SERVICES LEAD
Since entering commercial real estate in 2002, Matt has negotiated over 500 deals across 20+ states, winning him several national awards based on annual deal volume and recognition as a top producer. Matt’s focus is on industrial, office, and retail development and listing. He specializes in corporate leasing strategy, occupier services, & multi-market buyer/tenant representation for clients that are growing their real estate portfolio across the United States. Prior to re-entering brokerage in 2020, Matt served as the Director of Commercial Real Estate Operations for 12 years with a large regional developer in the Mid-Atlantic, where he oversaw all aspects of asset management, facilities services, property sales, and leasing. His extensive experience and knowledge allows him to thoughtfully guide clients through every stage of the commercial real estate lifecycle.
Originally from Lancaster, Matt graduated from Messiah College with a degree in International Relations and was part of the International Business Institute Economics Program. He is an avid traveler, having visited 25+ countries, and enjoys exploring new places with his wife and daughter.

Ida McMurray, CCIM, SIOR
PRINCIPAL & SENIOR ADVISOR
INDUSTRIAL & LEASING LEAD
Ida started in the commercial real estate industry in 1995 as a property marketing specialist, which contributes to her strong understanding of the expectations of clients and customers. Building on 30 years of experience in sales, leasing, investment analysis and consulting, she is qualified to offer advice and services which go beyond the basics. Ida is well versed in sales and leasing of the industrial, commercial, office, retail, and land development market segments. Her attention to detail and in-depth market knowledge have earned the respect of clients and colleagues, allowing her to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships both locally and nationwide. Additionally, Ida is intently focused on meeting client objectives, which enables her to expedite results with favorable outcomes for all parties.
Ida attended West Virginia University and Penn State University Middletown, majoring in business administration with a minor in journalism. She enjoys spending time with her family and participating in events around her community.

Dylan Kelly

Dylan entered the industry in 2015, and has been expanding his knowledge, skills, and perspective ever since. He has developed a keen understanding of client’s expectations and the behind-the-scenes aspects of commercial real estate. His local perspective and business acumen make him uniquely talented at assisting his colleagues with developing and refining their business models. Dylan is skilled in all aspects of operations, including research, local engagement, and strategic planning, making him an integral part of our organization.
Born and raised in Harrisburg, Dylan has always called Central PA home. He is a self-proclaimed home chef, avid NBA fan and has a bucket list goal of visiting every NBA stadium with his wife.

Colleen Zeller
DIRECTOR OF MARKETING
Colleen joined our team, and the commercial real estate industry, in 2023 after a career in B2C luxury retail. With over 10 years of marketing experience, she has a passion for human connection and creativity. Colleen’s transparent communication style and collaborative outlook allow her to uplift the team to exceed our clients’ goals, highlighting the true value of each property. She’s excited to put her love of learning to good use as she develops a deeper comprehension of the industry.
Born and raised in Lebanon County, Colleen developed a business mindset from a young age while working within her family’s company. Outside of work, Colleen can often be found curled up with a good book, exploring local hiking trails, or cheering on the Philadelphia Union with her husband.

Mike Kushner, CCIM
SENIOR ADVISOR
BUYER & TENANT REPRESENTATION LEAD
Mike entered commercial real estate in 1986, and soon developed a passion for helping businesses find their perfect space. That passion led him to create his own firm, Omni Realty Group, in 1998, and he has been exclusively practicing buyer/tenant representation ever since. Since his start, Mike has been directly responsible for the successful repositioning and redevelopment of over 500 apartment units and 8 million square feet of retail, office, industrial, and residential product in Central Pennsylvania, as well as closing sale and lease transactions in excess of $100 million. Mike is committed to knowing his clients and their businesses on a more personal level, developing deep trust and detailed understanding of their business operation, financial position, and their risk profile. Mike joined our team in March of 2024, ready to offer his unique specialty with the highest level of service, loyalty, and confidence for each client.
Mike was raised in Central PA, and received his degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He credits his older brother, an early pioneer of redevelopment in Midtown Harrisburg, with inspiring his interest in commercial real estate. Mike serves on the board of trustees at the Janus School, as well as serving on the board of the Sierra Leone Missions and Development organization. He is an avid Miami Dolphins fan and tennis player.

Sam Hostetter
ASSOCIATE ADVISOR
Sam joined our team in 2024, excited to learn the process and begin hands-on work. He’s been utilizing his strong communication skills and creative decision-making process to adapt to the market and build strong connections ever since.
Sam was raised in the farming area around Mechanicsburg. In his personal time, he enjoys being outside with friends, whether he’s hiking, running, toasting marshmallows around a campfire, or spending time on the water. He attends West Shore Free Church with his family.
